Leadkit Real Estate Solutions will not review, share, distribute, or reference any such Customer Data except as provided in the Leadkit Subscription Agreement, or as may be required by law. In accordance with the Leadkit Subscription Agreement, the Company may access Customer Data for the purpose of providing the Leadkit service or preventing or addressing service or technical problems or as may be required by law. In addition, certain anonymous Customer Data may be accessible to other Leadkit subscribers, affiliates of Leadkit Real Estate Solutions and/or partners or customers of affiliates of Leadkit Real Estate Solutions for the purpose of using the various Leadkit networking tool; however such Customer Data will only be made available if the Customer Data has been anonymized and no personally identifiable information will be provided or made accessible.
